The FISSS offices will be closing on Friday 22nd Dec 2017 and reopening on Tuesday 2nd Jan 2018. During this period the ACW system will be available for you to load/amend apprentice records, however we will be unable to provide any additional system support. We will endeavour to resolve any outstanding queries upon our return.

The ACW system has recently been updated to prevent the same user login being used multiple times. This is a security feature to help prevent against fraud within the certification process.
You will need to leave it 10-15 mins, clear your cookies and favourites of the ACW site and enter the site manually into the web browser.
Remember to click the logout button when you are finished with the ACW site and don’t just close the tab/browser.
