Congratulations on completing your apprenticeship. Before continuing with your certificate application, please read the following information carefully:
- Please make sure you have copies of all your evidence requirements. This would include your NVQ/Diploma, Essential Skills (English and Maths),ERR workbook or certificate (where applicable). You will also need to complete and sign the ACW Apprenticeship Completion Claim Form. You will need to provide scanned copies of these documents to the certification body at a later date.
- Please be aware that you will be expected to pay for your certificate in full. The current cost of an apprenticeship certificate is £22. If you believe your employer or centre will be paying for your certificate please speak to them directly before submitting your application.
