The ACW system has recently been updated to prevent the same user login being used multiple times. This is a security feature to help prevent against fraud within the certification process.
You will need to leave it 10-15 mins, clear your cookies and favourites of the ACW site and enter the site manually into the web browser.
Remember to click the logout button when you are finished with the ACW site and don’t just close the tab/browser.

This Apprenticeship Framework is for those currently working in or new to working in the area of Informatics in the Health Sector.
Apprentices are employed in the role of Health Information Assistant, Assistant Practitioner (Informatics) or Practitioner (Informatics). Apprentices gain the new skills and learning they need to carry out these job roles as well as preparing them for future employment and career progression within the health sector.
It provides progression routes into a wide range of roles in the health sector where information handling is a key responsibility. This work-based programme was designed and developed with employers.
