The ACW system has recently been updated to prevent the same user login being used multiple times. This is a security feature to help prevent against fraud within the certification process.

You will need to leave it 10-15 mins, clear your cookies and favourites of the ACW site and enter the site manually into the web browser.

Remember to click the logout button when you are finished with the ACW site and don’t just close the tab/browser.

Festive Office Closure

12th December 2017

The FISSS offices will be closing on Friday 22^nd Dec 2017 and reopening on Tuesday 2^nd Jan 2018. During this period the ACW system will be available for you to load/amend apprentice records, however we will be unable to provide any additional system support. We will endeavour to resolve any outstanding queries upon our return.

The Federation offices will be closed from 5pm on the 24^th December and will open its doors again on the 2^nd of January 2015 from 10am until 3pm. Normal business hours will resume on the 5th of January
